These tools are designed to enhance efficiency, consistency, and insight generation while maintaining a commitment to transparency, fairness, and human oversight. Our use of advanced AI technologies includes:

• Natural Language Processing (NLP) to analyze and provide tailored feedback based on written and verbal inputs.
• Speech-to-Text for transcription and analysis of spoken responses.
• Computer vision–based analysis (where enabled) to assess engagement indicators such as eye contact or attentiveness. Such features are configurable and used in accordance with applicable laws and customer requirements..
• Sentiment Analysis to analyze contextual awareness.
• Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver subject-specific content, insights and learning support.

AI-generated outputs are intended to support human decision-making and are not used as the sole basis for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human review.
