EdMyst utilizes AI-driven tools across its platforms, including www.edmyst.com, www.edmyst.coach, and www.talentvector.com, to support users’ hiring, assessment, and talent development journeys. These tools are designed to enhance efficiency, consistency, and insight generation while maintaining a commitment to transparency, fairness, and human oversight. Our use of advanced AI technologies includes:

  • Natural Language Processing (NLP) to analyze and provide tailored feedback based on written and verbal inputs.
  • Speech-to-Text for transcription and analysis of spoken responses.
  • Computer vision–based analysis (where enabled) to assess engagement indicators such as eye contact or attentiveness. Such features are configurable and used in accordance with applicable laws and customer requirements..
  • Sentiment Analysis to analyze contextual awareness.
  • Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver subject-specific content, insights and learning support.

AI-generated outputs are intended to support human decision-making and are not used as the sole basis for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human review.
