6. What services are included in the ‘Standard Resume Review’ package?

In the standard package, you have a 1-hour personalized session with your coach over video conferencing (you are required to share your existing resume well in advance with the coach). During the session, the coach understands your profile, strengths, and fitment to the role. Based on this, s/he shares feedback on how you can improve your resume and increase your chances of getting shortlisted. After the live coaching session, you edit your resume based on the feedback received during the session and share it with your coach. The coach reviews the edited resume, incorporates her/his feedback and shares the updated resume with you.

7. I am not satisfied with the coaching received for resume writing. Can I get my money back?

The coaches on EdMyst are amongst the best in the industry and we are almost certain that such a situation will not arise. In a rare situation, if you are not satisfied with the coaching delivered, please inform us within 24 hours of your session by writing to us at support@edmyst.com. We will try to provide an alternate coach; if you are not satisfied with the alternate session too, we will be happy to refund your money.

8. I am unable to decide the right coach for me. Can you help me?
