Gwen Athaide

Gwen is a highly accomplished and certified coaching expert under global leadership programs. She has expertise in advanced psychometric assessments, emotional intelligence and team coaching. She has led multiple cohort programs for corporate and university audiences specializing in entrepreneurial and transformative leadership skills. She has been certified for executive leadership and team coaching by John Maxwell and Marshall Goldsmith schools.

The program will be delivered live online over Zoom.

Definitely. This program is designed for full-time professionals and will be conducted after office hours.

A cohort is usually a small group of individuals who have come together for a shared learning goal. In this program, the sessions will be conducted in a small intimate group to ensure each participant gains the maximum. Your coach will also facilitate collaborative exercises so that you learn from each other as well. Icing on the cake is the network you will form with the fellow participants for life.

We will record every live session. These recordings will be available to you to view at your convenience.

Further, you will the option to attend any or all the sessions again in any one of the future cohorts.

Having said that, we strongly recommend you make time for the live sessions so you can ask questions and participate in exercises with other participants.
